Legal fees and expenses:
In personal injury matters, legal services are charged on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients do not pay anything for legal services unless and until we recover a settlement or verdict in the client's favor. Typically, the contingency fee is one-third of the net recovery, after deducting expenses and disbursements incurred on the client's behalf during the course of the case.
