enjoys a challenge and the opportunity to prevail for our clients.
Using his combination of capable research, analytical and procedural skills, persuasive writing style and formidable oral advocacy abilities, Michel DeBottishas successfully represented clients in appeals and defense of appeals at the State Appellate Division in the Third and Fourth Departments. For example: Tornatore vs. Bruno, et al, 12 AD3d 1115 (4 Dept., 2004); Pettengill v. Kirley, 25 AD3d 935 (3 Dept., 2006).
Mr. DeBottis has also assisted in the drafting of an amicus curiae (friend of the Court) brief submitted to and considered by the United States Supreme Court in United Haulers Association, Inc. vs. Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Management Authority, 550 US 330 (2007).
